Supermercat Llorca offers its customers a 14-day return policy, starting from the date of receipt of the order. During this period, customers can return products they are not satisfied with, free of charge.

* The customer must provide the order number and the reason for the return.
**Once the returned product has been received, Supermercat Llorca will proceed to check it. If the product complies with the return conditions, Supermercat Llorca will proceed to refund the amount paid for the product, using the same payment method used to make the purchase.
