The formula we use to make our pickled white tuna gives our preserves a mild personality. Products with a mild flavour and a very tender texture combined with the traditional Conservas Ortiz marinade. We recommend not throwing away the marinade sauce, to use it as a dressing for salads with White Tuna.

We fish for white tuna one by one, either with live bait or trolling, during the summer inshore fishing season. This ancestral technique of selective fishing is respectful of the environment and the seabed. We prepare our White Tuna in a completely traditional way, always seeking an exceptional result: delicate texture and exquisite flavour on the palate.
